Consent to the processing of personal data
I agree with collection, storage and processing of personal data contained in this form by the administrator, TRADE CENTRE PRAHA a.s., with the registered office: Praha 2, Blanická 1008/28, postal code 120 00, ID No.: 00409316, VAT No.: CZ00409316, incorporated in the Companies Register administered by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Entry 184513 (or by its employees), for the purposes stated below. I give this consent for all information contained in this form for the whole period of 3 (three) years from the day on which the consent was granted. I am also aware of my rights pursuant to Sections 2 and 21 of Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on protection of personal data, as amended. I am acquainted with all filled in parts of the form, all provided information is true and accurate and is stated voluntarily.
Purpose of processing personal data
Pursuant to Section 5 of Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on protection of personal data, all information stated in this form is collected and processed solely for the purpose of sending commercial messages to the users using electronic means pursuant to Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, until the time when the user directly and effectively sends information to the administrator that the user does not want to continue receiving commercial messages from the administrator (for the period of 3 (three) years at the maximum). Summary information from this form may be used by the administrator for statistical purposes for the internal use of the aministrator.
Administrator’s declaration
The administrator declares that it will collect personal data in the extent necessary for fulfilment of the given purpose and process them only in accordance with the purpose for which they were collected. The administrator’s employees or other persons process personal data only on the basis of an agreement with the administrator and are obliged to treat the information handed over as confidential even after termination of the contractual relationship with the administrator or the work as such.
