The “Linka bezpečí“ helpline assists with solving difficult life situations as well as everyday worries and problems. It provides crisis intervention and counseling for children, young people and parents from the whole Czech Republic via phone, chat and email.

Barevný svět dětí (Colourful World of Children)

Barevný svět dětí, z.s. is a Prague-based non-profit organization which has been offering, already since 2004, a helping hand to biological and foster families who cannot cope with their difficulties alone. Within the “Kámoš“ (Buddy) project, it provides services to support socially vulnerable and disadvantaged families. Its main goal is to help vulnerable children who are in difficult life situations, thus preventing their placement in institutional care.

Kolping Family – Prague 8

Kolping Family Prague 8 is a non-profit organization. It is a collective member of the Kolping Society Czech Republic and the International Kolping Society – a Catholic social association. Through its work, it strives to fulfil the legacy of its founder Adolf Kolping: "The pain of the time will show you what you must do“. In Prague 8, the Kolping Family operates the Shelter House for mothers with children.

Alliance of Women with Breast Cancer

The Alliance of Women with Breast Cancer, founded in 1992, covers 45 Czech, Moravian and Silesian patient organizations. Since 2011, the Alliance of Women with Breast Cancer organizes in the Czech Republic a nationwide event for the public with the symbolic title “We swim breaststroke!“. In this way, it joined the international Breast Health Day campaign. Since 2014, this event is organized in the Aquacentre Šutka. The purpose of this event is to draw attention to good prognosis in case of early treatment of breast cancer, to the possibility of high-quality life for successfully cured women and to the importance of support during the treatment and afterwards.
